How to Get to Temensis Hotel
Temensis Hotel is located approximately 2.5 hours from the city of Manaus, Brazil. You will not need to take a small prop plane flight to arrive at our hotel property, unlike other hotel locations in the Amazon.
Our transportation team will pick you up from your hotel in Manaus (or from the airport depending on your itinerary) and drive you to the CEASA Port (“Porto da CEASA”). From there, it’s a short boat ride across the famous Rio Negro River to the village of Careiro. From Careiro, our team will drive you RAMAL DO 17, where a Temensis boat will take you the rest of the way (~20 minute ride) to the hotel for check in.
We recommend arriving in Manaus at least one day prior to your stay at Temensis Hotel, so you have some time to explore the city of Manaus, get a good night’s rest, and meet our transportation team the following day for your journey to the lodge.
